At Yami Dance Shoes, we want you to dance with confidence; if your shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with the protective film still on the soles.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes in their original box, ensuring all accessories and padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
